Steven H. Martin, CPA, CPIM

Partner, Audit and Other Assurance Services and Manufacturing and Distribution Services Group

Steve is a native Hoosier and received his accounting degree from Indiana University in 1987. Steve’s prior experience includes working with Big Four and large regional CPA firms, as well as being a partner in a manufacturing systems and processes consulting firm. In 2003, Steve joined the firm and became a partner in January 2005. His clients have ranged from Fortune 50 to owner-operated companies, and include plastics, rubber, metal fabrication, corrugation and industrial distribution companies.

Steve has developed numerous financial and non-financial measurement systems with which he has helped over fifty manufacturing and distribution companies improve the quality of their operations as well as their profitability. Furthermore, he has also led re-engineering efforts to improve the effective operations of his clients’ accounting, customer service, purchasing, manufacturing and warehousing operations. Steve has lead projects to help clients manage high growth strategies, as well as corporate restructuring and crisis management. Steve helps lead the Firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Services Group, and is a member of the Indiana Association of Corporate Renewal. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM). He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
