Larry Brodnik is the senior tax member of the Firm with over 35 years of experience in public accounting and tax consulting. Larry is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. He has served on the taxation committee of
the Indiana CPA Society and as a member of that committee, he served on the Quality for Indiana Taxpayers Committee for employment taxes
with representation from the IRS, state taxing authorities and industry. Larry is currently serving on the Tax Committee of
CPA Associates International. In addition, Larry has been a speaker at numerous seminars.
During Larrys significant years of experience in taxation, he has advised on such matters as unrelated business income in connection with
non-profit organizations, corporate acquisitions, liquidations, mergers and split-ups. He has been involved with the more complicated tax
aspects of C-corporations, S-corporations, partnerships and individual taxation, including the non-profit, estate and fiduciary tax areas
and preservation and use of net operating losses due to ownership shifts.
Larry is a member of the Indianapolis Downtown Rotary Club and serves on its Community
Relations Committee, is active in his church, and
has served on the Board of Directors of Catholic Social Services and as Treasurer of the Arthritis Foundation, Indiana Chapter, Inc. As a
result of his years of service with the Arthritis Foundation, he has been distinguished by being made an Honorary Life Member.
